SIMECA develops its raw materials, assists with your product design and manufactures equipment and moulds in-house.

Moreover, the rigorous selection of raw materials and suppliers, proficiency in the transformation process, systematic self-monitoring at all stages of manufacture, blending and moulding, are a guarantee that SIMECA’s clients receive parts of a consistently high quality.

Working with your Research and Methods departments, SIMECA is actively involved in designing parts, before developing and producing moulds to be used in their manufacture.

Our integrated mechanical workshop is used to produce all types of equipment required for the production of small or large runs of prototypes and parts, from the simplest forms to the most complex.

All customer equipment is maintained, monitored and checked in-house under the best conditions, ensuring an optimal standard of production for SIMECA’s customers.
